Construction Alert – Phase 1 Improvements

Weekly Update •The contractor will finish sub-cutting on 6th Street and Pacific Avenue. They will continue wotking on the curb & Gutter.
Looking Ahead •The contractor will be working on grading behind the curb and gutter, as well as general cleanup around town. The concrete subcontractor will be back to complete the concrete work.
Water Tower Update • The contractor will be starting work on the water tower foundation, which will take multiple months.
Key Notes
- The public is urged to use caution throughout this construction season and to stay clear of all construction equipment & areas being actively worked on.
- Please use caution when driving on the roads of the project. Not all roads will be passable with all vehicles at all times. Use caution when roads are muddy due to rain.
- There may be times of temporary water shut downs as the contractor is working on temporary hook-ups and main installations.
