What Can I Do in the Portal?

Once registered, you can:

  • Pay your utility bill online
  • Enroll in AutoPay
  • Sign up for eBilling
  • Enroll in Text-to-Pay
  • View your billing and payment history
  • Update your account information
  • Manage multiple properties under one account
  • Access multilingual support

FIRST TIME USING THE PORTAL?

Registration is easy! You will need your:

✓ City of Kandiyohi Utility Account Number
✓ ZIP Code associated with your utility account
✓ Email Address

How to Register

  1. Go to kandiyohimn.payacp.com/home and select Go to Payment Portal.
  2. On the login screen, click Register.
  3. Enter your Account Number and ZIP Code, then click Search for My Account.
  4. Confirm the service location displayed and click Yes, Next Step.
  5. Enter your email address and create a password that meets the listed requirements.
  6. Click Send Email Verification.
  7. Check your email and click the verification link to activate your account. Be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder if you don't see the email.
  8. Return to the portal and log in using your email address and password.

IMPORTANT: You will not be able to access your online account until your email address has been verified.
